Sales and Marketing Executive

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and calculate commissions and bonuses
  • Establish and maintain sales database and CRM system
  • Closely monitor Greater China sales activities and a team of 5-6 sales consultants; actively identify areas where require attention and follow-up
  • Manage lead assignments and sales referrals; maintain close relationships with clients and business partners
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries
  • Assist in preparing quotations and contracts for sales consultants
  • Update product list and price list in a timely manner
  • Attend sales meetings and marketing events
  • Prepare and handle logistics for sales trips, seminars and marketing events
  • Prepare marketing materials (e.g. PPT, posters, online articles)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director and Associate Director



  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of solid experience in sales operations or sales administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets and databases
  • Knowledge in macOS, sales management system, Photoshop or design software is an advantage
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and sensitive with numbers
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Occasional travel to Mainland China for sales and marketing events
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
