All Round Education Academy is looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Hong Kong. The role will see you directly report to the directors at the Company. The Sales and Marketing Role is essential for the ongoing development of our company. We are looking for a performance driven individual. Candidates will be given existing clients to manage. However, we will expect the candidate to deliver continuous growth through acquiring new clients through well thought out marketing campaigns. The job role that we have is challenging but successful executives will be able to build a long, successful and prosperous career with us.

Job responsibilities:    

  1. Responsible for building and cultivating successful relationships with new and current students and parents in order to maximise and meet sales revenue targets
  2. Being able to respond to any and all requests from clients in a timely manner providing them with logical and informed solutions
  3. Providing our clients with excellent customer service
  4. Responsible for preparing and sending emails to clients based on their requirements
  5. Knowledgable and enthusiastic about the company’s products, services and value proposition and the ability to communicate this to clients keeping in mind what their requirements are
  6. Able to use programmes like Google calendar, google drive, google sheets and google docs effectively to support the day to day operations of the company
  7. Able to create multiple types of schedules (student schedules, tutor schedules, holiday revision schedules) taking in to account student availability and tutor availability in order to optimise the efficiency of operations
  8. Creating and updating broadcast chats on platforms like whatsapp for marketing purposes
  9. Working closely with the directors to strategise, implement and develop marketing channels to meet new sales revenue targets
  10. Working closely with the directors to strategise, implement and develop the company’s brand value and awareness
  11. Will be in charge of spearheading the company’s social media and online presence in Hong Kong
  12. Ad hoc support based on the needs and requirements of the directors

Jobs requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience (directly in charge of actively managing and growing client accounts)
  2. Performance and target driven individual
  3. The ability to meet and exceed targets on a quarterly basis  
  4. Excellent communication skills in english and cantonese (mandarin is a plus but not required)
  5. Ability to spot marketing, sales and client trends/preferences in order to maximise the value generated for the company
  6. Proficient in using Google powered business tools (email, calendar, docs, sheets)
  7. Pleasant personality with excellent organization and time management skills
  8. Dedicated and willing to work to irregular time schedules (the ability to be reachable to clients during non working hours)
  9. Self motivated, patient, mature and presentable
  10. People-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
