Brand Executive & Brand Coordinator <>

  • Degree holder in Marketing or Business or any related discipline
  • With 1-2 years working experience, relevant working experience in watch industry is preferable
  • Experienced in handling watch, high fashion and jewelry industry is definitely an advantage
  • Experienced in USA and APAC market is an advantage
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Able to demonstrate proven experience at a brand assistant level with a fundamental understanding of marketing communications disciplines and the role of a global brand
  • Must be self-motivated, have high multi-tasking capacity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Possess a can do attitude with strong initiative, able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to handle many assignments simultaneously
  • Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) skills
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred

Job Duties:
  • Work closely with the team to manage information requests and communications with both internal and external parties
  • Coordinate marketing activities and support in collecting market information to increase brand image
  • Assist in implement the brand planning including new product launches and brand support programs for APAC business
  • Assist and organize the events, meet business partners and collect feedbacks at new product launch
  • Liaise with brand, licensing, events and other partners to provide them with marketing materials and keep information up to date
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, e.g. marketing material preparation & consolidation, sample arrangement, courier arrangement etc
  • Work with different departments in coordinating the resources for internal & external programs
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
