Sales and Marketing Manager

  • Execute local market research; research local economic and trade information; analyse country-specific trade lanes; and coordinate customer segmentation within business units
  • Tailor marketing collateral according to region. This includes managing local country web pages and intranet, contribute regional articles to global customer magazine, and coordinate local giveaway sourcing, production and distribution Execute PR strategy, including managing press relations (drafting press releases, organising press conferences) and coordinate interviews
  • Gather customer feedback, to communicate on product improvement, including developing sales & marketing plans; organising promotion activities and launches for new services; and drive lead generation Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
  • Makes product and service appeal to the target market
  • Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
  • Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
  • Analyses the competition and creates a plan for engaging the target market
  • Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
  • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
  • Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
  • For business development and new client cultivation
  • Key account management
  • Achieve company assigned sales target
  • Prepare sales forecast and pricing strategy for closing business deal 


  • Degree holder in Marketing/Engineering with minimum 8 years’ experience in marketingsales experience in software product, past industry related or equivalent experience. Ideal candidate must be con?dent in a selling environment that entails internet or software products & services.
  • Experience in handling Projects, Government Tender and channel management both local and overseas
  • Knowledge and familiar with Car parking/Intelligent Transportation Systems and Container Ports/Terminals industry is highly preferable
  • Demonstrated experience working in sales or marketing team environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Above average desktop computer skills with experience in Pages, Numbers, Keynote or MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent in written and spoken English & Mandarin is a must
