Sales Area Manager

Job Responsibilities:

·       Reach the sales target for  the shops area,

·       Coach, motivate and train sales staff on counters/shops to push sales,

·       Handle  frontline rosters,

·       Monitor the grooming of the staff and the tidiness of the counters/shops,

·       Develop sales strategies and set targets for the staff,

·       Monitor your team's performance,

·       Keep up to date with products and competitors,

·       Establish, maintain and expand customer base,

·       Service the needs of existing customers,

·       Report to Division/Brand Manager.


·       Minimum 3-4 years  experience in sales & management experience in retail industry,

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, 

·       Huge energy and sales & customer oriented,

·       Perfectlt fluent in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
