Job Requirements

  • HKDSE / Form 5, preferably with certificate
  • 1-2 years coordination experience, preferably in trading industry
  • Solid experience in the preparation of sales invoice and quotation
  • Adaptable, energetic, flexible, cheerful and sense of responsibilities
  • Computer literate in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up sales orders with customers, factory and suppliers
  • Prepare sales related documents such as quotation and invoice
  • Provide general support on daily operation and clerical duties
