Sales Assistant (Five days work)

Responsibilities:

  1. Support sales team’s paper work, such as quotation, sales contract and invoice, arrange shipment overseas customers etc.
  2. Liaison with clients and suppliers for contracts and shipment follow up.
  3. Assists sales team to monitor shipment delivery.
  4. Perform any ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above;
  • 1-3 years or above working experience in trading or manufacturing industry;
  • Sufficient PC knowledge in Word, Excel and Chinese typing;
  • Good in writing of English;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
  • Energetic, willing to learn new things.
