Job Descriptions:

  • Provide clerical support to our sales team, such as documentation, Sales figure management, price list management, quotation making etc
  • Act as a communicator between our operation Department & customers
  • Provide customer service;maintain existing customer & receive inquiry from walk-in customer
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by our sales team

Job Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • At least 2-5 years working experience
  • Prefer having experience in Logistic field
  • Fluent in Japanese & English, Chinese speaker is required
  • JPLT Level 1 or 2
  • Proficient in Computer Knowledge, such as MS Word, Excel and E-mail
  • Immediate available is preferred
