Our client, a well-known Japanese trading company, is currently looking for a good candidate to join their team as follows:

Job Duties

  • Responsible for processing orders, documents and arranging shipments
  • Coordination for logistics and shipping activities through domestic and international freight forwarders and external warehouse locations
  • Manage accounts in Greater China
  • Utilize CRM, SAP and Excel to perform data analysis and reports
  • Maintain close relationship with both clients and internal departments

Requirements

  • Degree holder is preferred
  • Around 3 years of customer service or sales support experience
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office
