Sales Assistant / Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Manager in daily operations include servicing clients, processing orders and order coordination
  • Communicate with overseas/local customers and mainland factory
  • Follow up order details and documents
  • Monitor delivery schedule
  • Perform general secretarial duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • A minimum of 3-years working experience, preferably in manufacturing or export business
  • Experience in handling sales documents 
  • Good command of written and spoken English  
  • Proficiency in PC Operation (MS Excel, Word & Chinese Processing)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and attention to details
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
