As a key person in the Sales Department working with the company’s executive team to spearhead an exciting stage of growth of the company

Duties and responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO and Retail Head to create strategy and customer experience initiatives to sustain pleasant and fruitful customer experience
  • Develop sales and customer service training programs and curricula to increase passion and capability of all staff in creating the most enjoyable customer experience
  • Train and field-coach shop managers and staff members. Also observe and coach shop managers in leading and coaching their staff members
  • Review and analyses customer satisfaction, customer feedback, mystery shopper programme, compliment and complaints cases; make suggestions to marketing, operations and other departments and initiate actions for improvement areas related to creating distinguished customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, HR or Training discipline
  • Hands on training experience in beauty, skincare, luxury or fashion industry is a big plus
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in retail with solid sales management and coaching experience
  • At least 2 years of training experience
  • People-oriented with outstanding training skills and field coaching skills
  • Strong passion in helping organisation to grow sales through most distinguished customer experience
  • Ambitious in terms of learning at a fast pace and career development
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence internal partners
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
