Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Handle incoming and outgoing document
- Prepare account opening document and handle customer enquiries
- Handle travel arrangement and expenses reimbursement
- Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned
- Have basic knowledge of Financial Service will be an advantage
Requirements
- 1 year working experience is an advantage
- Mature, pro-active & good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC application e.g. Excel, Word & Power Point
- Fluency in spoken Mandarin and good command of written and spoken in both English and Chinese
- Precise, detail-minded and well-organized
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediate available is preferable
