Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily administration and sales administration activities (e.g., Presales proposal, quotation, contract, invoice, documentation processing, coordination and follow-up on the clients’ ordering status, etc.)
  • Follow up and manage the content of the website and different social media platforms with creative writing
  • Perform the full spectrum of HR and account functions.
  • As a secretarial role to assist directors.
  • Handle administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education / University graduate preferred
  • Experience in IT industry will be preferred, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS applications including Word & Excel
  • Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented with high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, a good team player with positive working attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills, pleasant & good telephone manner
