Support Relationship Managers in wealth management and insurance sales service
Assist in placing trade order with customers such as CLD, Unit Trust, Foreign Share etc.
Provide quality customer service, handle and follow up customer banking requests and related paperwork
Cross-sell general banking products
Degree holder or above in any disciplines
At least 2 years relevant experience in supporting RM and familiar with banking products and services
Passes in IIQE licensing examinations
Customer oriented with strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Work Location: Central
