Sales Co-ordinator / Sales Administrator

** Candidate with better experience will consider a senior post of Sales Administration Officer **

Responsibilities :

• Assist the sales teammates in preparing all sales-related documents and keep central database of all materials
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials
• Liaison  with factory to ensure production and delivery  schedule
• Manage showroom and samples
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Provide additional support to colleagues when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales; at least 2-3 years experience as a sales administration position (Jewelry or Garment industry will be an advantage)
• Fresh graduation will also be considered
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English and Putonghua
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail mind and patient for routine  works
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Diploma in sales or marketing will be an asset
• Immediate available preferrable
