Sales Co-ordinator/ Sales Support/ Customer Service

Responsibilities :

  • Sales order follow up
  • Handle enquiries, price quotation and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Communication with overseas agents.
  • Presentation and visitor preparation.
  • Data input, management and sales analysis.
  • Reporting and system development

Requirement :

  • Form 7/DSE or above
  • Relevant experience in Sea or Air forwarding or Shipping Field is preferable; Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Good spoken and written both English & Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in customer service skills is an advantage.
