Sales Co-ordinator/Sales Administrator/Sales Adminstration Officer

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing their schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Assist the sales teammates in preparing all sales-related documents and keep central database of all materials
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials
  • Manage showroom and samples
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen problems
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Provide additional support to colleagues when needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales; at least 2-3 years experience as a sales administration position
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Diploma in sales or marketing will be an asset
