Sales Commission Analyst

The purpose of this role is to create and maintain the Sales Variable Compensation Plan scheme (VCP) & Sales pipeline reporting.

This role is responsible for establishing and embedding the VCP processes to provide accuracy, governance and transparency on sales and business performance including:

  • Generating the Monthly VCP results

  • Standardizing the VCP process

  • Creating transparency through reporting

  • First query resolution for VCP sales force interactions

Generating the monthly Pipeline reporting for inclusion in the CER

Support both the Sales Directors & Finance Director to standardize the commission and incentives governance structure and workflows across the GCNA region. (Specifically, Hong Kong; Taiwan; China; Japan; South Korea)

There is a strong emphasis on creating a process, governance and reporting and demonstrating agile thinking and speed in execution. The incumbent candidate will need to be motivated, determined, adaptable and solution oriented to expedite the VCP workflows, to deliver insights related to VCP drivers of performance and to communicate their findings clearly and concisely.


  • Degree qualified

  • Sales analyst experience (3+ years)

  • Curious and creative problem solver 

  • Works well with a sales team

  • Analytical and detailed mindset

  • Attention to detail

  • High proficiency in MS Excel

  • Systems literate – Experience with CRM’s & data warehouse technologies a plus

  • Ability to interact with all levels and functions of the business

  • Ability to use technology as an enabler

  • Autonomous and proactive individual

  • Commercial and financial business acumen
