Duties include but not limited to:
• Promoting our services through warm- and cold-calls and client meetings.
• Maximize sales potential by ensuring a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
• Maintain the relationship with clients to ensure sustainable cooperation.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing team to ensure marketing programs being effectively executed;
• Establishing and maintaining customer database and company website/social media;
• Develop different Joint Promotion Opportunities, Liaising with third parties
• Building internal and external CRM system
• Participate in ad hoc project

Requirements:
• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year relevant experience (such as : Sales & Marketing, Banking & Finance, IT, human resources management, etc.)
• Candidates with both recruitment agency and sales experience would be an advantage
• HR related experience required with solid Recruitment Background in IT fiel
• Resourceful and initiative
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem solving skill;
• Ambitious, target-oriented, Self-driven, Independent and able to work under pressure
• High proficiency of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in PC skills of MS word, Excel, word typing, Cloudsoft
