Job Nature

  1. Assist sales team to maintain strong relationship with company’s partners (own offices/ agents)
  2. Identify and support business growth



  1. Internal Communication – All MF branches in Asia
  2. External Communication – respected overseas partners & related offices


Job Description

  1. Support sales team to prepare selling tools and powerpoint presentation
  2. Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
  3. Prepares and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
  4. Assist sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
  5. Overseeing any supercharges and evaluating any alterations to both external and internal staff
  6. Liaise between other departments and client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints
  7. Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve
  8. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling



  1. F.5 or above, at least 5 years working experience in freight industry (Sales Support Supervisor)
  2. F.5 or above, at least 3 years working experience in freight industry (Sales Coordinator)
  3. Fresh graduate will also considered (for junior position)
  4. Experience in handling global tender/ bidding is an advantage
  5. Good computer skill (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  6. Good verbal and written command of English and Mandarin
  7. Able to develop good relationship with clients
  8. Organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork
