Sales Coordinator (6- Month Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to the team
  • Coordinate with internal parties to launch promotional offers and sales activities
  • Assist in operation of loyalty program, generating reports and handling guests’ enquiries
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferred in Hospitality Management, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with good numerical sense and analytical mind
  • Willing to learn with multi-tasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Knowledge of Opera system and experience in loyalty program will be an advantage
  • Immediate available is an advantage
