Sales Coordinator / Administrator

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Provide clerical support to daily sales activities e.g. quotations, delivery notes and invoices preparation
  • To handle sales orders and monitor Equipments and Services process
  • To prepare quotations Delivery Notes and invoices
  • Handle customers' enquiries and orders
  • Liaise with internal and external parties about the logistics issues
  • Consolidate and update weekly sales reports for management
  • Provide quality customer services and handle all client's maintenance call and feedback
  • Updating and maintaining maintenance records 
  • Assist other administration duties when necessary e.g. greeting visitors, answering / transferring calls, manage meeting rooms and equipment reservations 
  • Performing ad-hoc assistance when required   
WHO WR'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Services / Sales Administration
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Independent, diligent, and organized work attitude
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
