Sales Coordinator (Case Consultant)

Active Global Specialised Caregiver (Hong Kong) Pte Ltd

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce our service to potential clients
  • Match the right caring service with the client's conditions/needs
  • Handle patient’s enquiry, complaints and follow up
  • Work closely with our nursing and co-ordination teams
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to our local respite team
  • Assist in preparing documents (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
  • Simple book-keeping and payment status
  • Office Location: Causeway Bay 
  • 5.5 days of work/week (Saturdays or Sundays shift)

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare products and services is an advantage 
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, result-orientated, and a team player
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours
  • Good command of English & Cantonese (spoken & written)
  • General PC knowledge with MS Office


  • Monthly Salary $18,000-$20,000 with attractive incentive ($4,000-$7,000)
