For our affiliate in HongKong, we are seeking dynamic personality with strong willingness to provide excellent customer service and to achieve strong customer-relationships with active sales and key account management through advice and support to regional Asian customers.

We seek dynamic personality with strong willingness to pro-actively communicate in both written and direct telephone calls (primarily English, and also mandarin) with inter-/intra companies and global factories, as well as with regional customers. Excellent Customer Service.

Job description:

  • Active sales through advice and support for customers by phone and email
  • Liaise and coordinate with Production, Logistics, TSC and Finance for order processing & shipment arrangement to ensure timely service delivery with all plants globally
  • Register order into system
  • Responsible for sales processing and follow up
  • Coordinate shipment and delivery
  • Maintenance of customer price lists with Sales
  • Handle customer complaints with Quality department
  • Monitor credit line limit, payment reminder and process letter of credit
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned


  • F.6 up; 3 years related working experience preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Good in spoken / written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experience in handling shipment and logistics are preferred
  • Willing to learn, open-minded, flexible, responsible and self-motivated
  • With SAP experience is a must
  • Immediate availability is preferred

5 days work, bank holidays, MPF & medical scheme.
