Sales Coordinator - Japanese Electronic Trading Company

Our client, a Japanese trading company, is now looking for a sales coordinator to join their expanding team--

Duties: 

  • Prepare quotation, PO and other related documents
  • Assist in preparing monthly report and sales forecast
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics companies regarding delivery schedules
  • review purchase contract and order processing with SAP system
  • Liaise with customers and internal parties to ensure smooth operation
  • Provide customer service and manage inventory  

Requirement:

  • 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in electronics trading company
  • Familiar with China and overseas I/E procedures and documents preparation
  • Experience with SAP system is a distinct advantage
  • Proactive, well-organized, independent and a good sense of responsibility
  • Good command Mandarin and English, Japanese Speaking is a Plus
  • Immediately available is preferred
