Sales Coordinator/ Sales Admin Officer

Job duties:


  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating
  • the contract review of the sales side (coordinate with sales department and legal, after-sales, finance and other departments);
  • Responsible for the review and prepare of sales orders (coordinate supply chain department);
  • Responsible for the accounting processing of sales orders (coordinate financial department);


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Around 3 years of working experience.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Team player with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • The innate ability to be collaborative.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a keen intuition.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and listening skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
