Provide administrative and sales support to Proactive Sales Team on daily operation
Compile various reports as assigned by Director of Sales
Answer telephone calls and handle general inquiries
Handle correspondence and e-mail for team members
Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline
Exceptional communication skills in spoken and written English
Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to provide customer service
Well organized, out-going
