Job Duties :

  • Ability to handle administration work, daily operation and other general clerical work for a Sales Team;
  • To provide support on preparing quotations and reports;
  • To provide support on tendering work and drafting letter;
  • To provide project co-operation in Sales Team;
  • Other tasks as assigned by the department head.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or above with 2 years working experience in related field;
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Can work under pressure;
  • A fast learner with the ability to work independently
  • Immediate available is preferable.
