Assist in managing daily workflow, handle daily correspondence with overseas offices & clients.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and ad-hoc assignments timely and independently.
Updating sales contracts, purchase orders, indent orders in ERP system.
Arrange meetings, business trips & appointment schedule.
Coordinate with both relevant internal and external parties.
Form 7 or HKDSE or above in any disciplines
3-4 years relevant experience in a trading firm, preferably handling pharmaceutical/industrial goods
Good command in written and spoken English is a must.
Good knowledge of MS Office software.
High sense of responsibility, presentable, self-motivated, mature and able to work independently.
Willing to learn and expand horizons.
