Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

The incumbent of this position is responsible for the all-round sales administration/coordination support to the team to achieve the department goal.


  • Sales & Logistic co-ordination with South East Asia customers, direct market in Singapore and Malaysia & Distributors
  • Follow-up settlement of outstanding payment and monthly statement handling
  • Coordinate the Merchandising process
  • New product launch and forecast monitoring and updating
  • Work with Planning Team for annual forecast & allocation
  • New customer creation and update in SAP
  • Update customer database both in SAP and website
  • Consolidate and collect sales data and prepare sales reports such as sell-in, sell-through, run rates and visibility reports etc
  • Monitor budget vs actual sales invoices
  • Order follow up & create RMA
  • Prepare stock list & catalogues ; provide support to sales team


  • Degree holder or equivalent preferred
  • 2 - 3 years relevant experience in sales / planning reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications especially for Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with ERP systems, eg SAP
  • Good command in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
  • A good team player, detail-oriented, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred
