  • Prepare correspondences, reports and other documents as assigned (e.g. KPI monitoring)
  • Handle secretarial work (e.g. appointment setting and confirmations)
  • Provide all-round office administrative support
  • Handle data and storage
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as required


  • Degree holder in Business Administration with related disciplines
  • 1 - 2 years relevant experience is preferable
  • Strong attention to details and process driven
  • Able to work independently and effectively under daily time constraints
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Previous administration experience is advantageous
