Support the sales team handling internal procedures
Maintain and strengthen customer relationship to grow revenue
Schedule calls to customers and perform these calls along with the daily activities
Generate and qualify sales leads
Prepare offers to customers.
Negotiate customer claims, initiate billing adjustments in coordination with team leader
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Post-secondary or above
Minimum 2 years' working experience in relevant field
Basic knowledge in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
Proficient in verbal and written English, Chinese, including Mandarin
Good telephone manner, mature and with pleasant personality
Good interpersonal skills, organization skills, and communication skills
Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Sales Coordinator
