Accountabilities

  • Support the sales team handling internal procedures
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationship to grow revenue
  • Schedule calls to customers and perform these calls along with the daily activities
  • Generate and qualify sales leads
  • Prepare offers to customers.
  • Negotiate customer claims, initiate billing adjustments in coordination with team leader
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • Post-secondary or above
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in relevant field
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
  • Proficient in verbal and written English, Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Good telephone manner, mature and with pleasant personality
  • Good interpersonal skills, organization skills, and communication skills

Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Sales Coordinator
