Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Responsible for providing one-stop solution to customers including order taking, sales process and complaint handling
  • Prepare customer reports and provide feedback to sales team

Requirements:

  • F.6 or above
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in customer service environment
  • Be proactive, self-motivated and customer-oriented
  • A good team player with detail minded
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing

職責:

  • 負責銷售部門內部運作及文書工作。
  • 處理客戶查詢、跟進訂單、提供相關協助及解答疑難。
  • 制作客戶分析報告,並作出有效反饋。

工作要求:

  • 中六或以上程度。
  • 具一年或以上相關銷售或客戶服務經驗。
  • 主動積極、熱情有禮、有責任心。
  • 富團隊精神及注重細節。
  • 能讀寫流利英語及廣東話。
  • 熟悉MS Office及中文打字。
