Key Job Functions:
To assist in preparing all sales pitch documents, e.g., fee proposal, presentation booklet, printing samples, corporate gifts, client list, etc.
Assist Sales Manager/Director to monitor live projects, in term of scheduling, services arrangement, compliant handling and final invoicing.
Input and update information in our ERP.
Communications with internal departments and external vendors to ensure project go smoothly.
To assist in marketing/sales events occasionally
Quick learner and good command of language ( especially Putonghua)
Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
Working attitude come first when compare to academic background
Experience in admin is definitely an advantage
Will have the opportunity to handle projects independently and deal with senior corporate executive directly.
Candidate who show proven ability may entitle an opportunity to transfer to more client – facing role.
