Job Function

To carry out administrative, clerical and statistics analysis support to Sales Department

 

Responsibilities

  • Personal assistant tasks for the managers, including but not limited to diary management, extensive email correspondence and organizing both internal and external meetings
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations
  • Undertaking projects on a regular basis, including event planning
  • Attending meetings and producing follow-up notes
  • Produce reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or related fields
  • Mature & possess good interpersonal skills and energetic personality
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility
  • self-motivated, confident and have commitment to success
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English
