Sales Coordinator

Major Responsibilities:

  • To process the Sales Order on ERP System & work closely with the factory on the progress
  • To work closely with related Departments for arrangement of shipment to customers
  • To work closely with related Department for failure units returned by customer and follow
  • To communicate with customer about the shipment details
  • To provide assistance on ad-hoc projects or assignments as require
  • Diploma holder or above
  • 2 years relevant working experience or above
  • Knowledge on international business is an advantage
  • Willing and able to communicate with the others
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
