Job Description:

  • Active sales through advice and support for customers by phone and email
  • Liaise closely with sales team
  • Register order into system
  • Responsible for sales processing and follow up
  • Coordinate shipment and delivery
  • Maintenance of customer price lists with Sales
  • Handle customer complaints with Quality department
  • Monitor credit line limit, follow up payment schedule with customers
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned


  • F.6 up; 3 years related working experience preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Good in spoken / written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experience in handling international shipment and logistics are preferred
  • Willing to learn, open-minded, flexible, responsible and self-motivated
  • SAP working experience is highly preferred
  • Immediate availability is preferred

5 days work, bank holidays, MPF & medical scheme.
