Performing daily sales administration and operation support to sales team.
Preparing sales documents, proposals, quotation and order processing.
Maintaining record of sales database, including customer information, filing system, sales demo and supplies of sales presentation materials and brochures.
Answering customer questions regarding their account or sales products as and when.
Assisting sales meeting on a regular basis.
Performing intra-departmental communication and cooperation.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Higher Diploma or above.
At least 2-3 years' experience in sales administration.
Proficiency in PC operations including Microsoft Office (Strong in Excel is a must), and English & Chinese word processing.
Good command of ACCPAC system is an advantage.
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Confident, self-motivated and result-oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills and organizing skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
