We are looking for a talent to:

• Handle booking enquires including preparation of proposal and sales letter or license agreement, and ensuring timely confirmation and payment
• Answer guest enquiries regarding general sales issues
• Prepare monthly reports and any other ad hoc hotel reporting
• Support different initiatives roll out to hotels
• Assist the Sales Team in sales administration
• Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Basic requirements:

• Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management and Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office
• Ability to learn multiple online systems as required
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Fresh graduate is welcome
