Sales & Customer Service Manager (COD04)

Job Function

To develop and implement sales and marketing activities and strategies so as to meet company objectives for corporate business retention and growth development

Responsibilities

  • To plan and conduct sales visits / calls to corporate clients
  • To carry out action plans on corporate client’s comments and feedback
  • To maintain retention of corporate clientele and develop new business opportunities
  • To negotiate and prepare corporate client’s business contracting
  • To formulate business tender bidding and request for proposal (RFP)

Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in travel industry
  • Experience in Sales / Marketing field is an advantage
  • Pleasant and self-motivated
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good computer skills in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Enthusiastic to perform outdoor sales visit
