Sales Director - Japanese Beverage - Working in Guangzhou, PRC

Our client, a famous Japanese Beverage manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Director working in Guangzhou, PRC office with the following requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
  • Over 10-year experience in FMCG sales, at least 5-year at management level, and 2-year in the position of the same role
  • Above experience preferably in beverage field, management experience must be in beverage field
  • Familiar with wholesaler and retailer in South China
  • Good knowledge in sales analysis and beverage market
  • Excellence skills in communication and team management
  • Working languages of Chinese & English or Chinese & Japanese

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing the Sales Department with around 200 subordinates
  • Leading and motivating sales team to achieve company sales targets
  • Deciding and implementing sales strategy
  • Managing sales channels of KA and GT
  • Maintaining and developing the wholesaler system
  • Cost control in sales ANP, department staff, department operation
  • Train and cultivate staff to build up sales team development
  • Attend business travel, mainly among China
