Sales Director of Tobacco

  • 8 years sales experience in export industries and MUST have at least 5 years' tobacco sales experience in Asia countries
  • Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
  • Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active, resourceful and dynamic
  • Good problem solving skill and customer focused with pleasant personality)
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Job Duties:
  • To set the strategic planning for the e-commerce, duty-free shops overseas regional market development of tobacco
  • To develop the international sales strategy;
  • To responsible for the product positioning, implementation of sales plans, quantitative sales targets
  • To collect competitors product information and form a report to communicate regularly, flexible adjustment of sales strategy
  • To lead the sales team to complete the sales performance on a regular basis
  • To develop new marketing in overseas
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
  • Implements international sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs competition, and supply and demand
  • Completes international sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Maintains international sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
