My client is seeking an experienced digital Sales Director to help develop a strategy for continued growth of their online presence and increase the revenue generated from the Greater China region.

The company sees themselves as a start-up business however, they have the backing of long term investors. An experienced senior sales professional will thrive in their energetic environment and enjoy being the main driver for growth across their different brands.

Role responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of revenue generation within the business and formulate ways of every opportunity being recognized to their full potential
  • As a senior member of the sales team, ensure stakeholders are kept abreast with your sales strategies this includes; revenue reporting and collaboration on sales incentives
  • Consistently deliver on targets set, ensuring sales teams are fully equipped with the right training to meet targets
  • Effectively mentor the sales team and to drive sales

Roles requirements:

  • 5+ years digital sales experience (including experience in selling within the greater China region)
  • Management experience within a sales environment
  • Strong understanding on audience monetisation & network effect
  • Trilingual (Mandarin is a must)
