Job Responsibilities:

- Full command of our sales management

- Lead and motivate sales team to achieve company sales targets

- Decide and implement sales strategy

- Manage both sales channels of GTSC and KA

- Maintain and develop our wholesaler system

- Cost control in sales ANP, department staff, department operation

- Train and cultivate staff to build up sales team development


Job Requirement:

- 10 or more years experience in FMCG sales, at least 5-year at management level

- Above experience preferably in beverage field, management experience must be in beverage field

- Familiar with wholesaler and retailer in South China

- Good knowledge in sales analysis and beverage market

- Excellence skills in communication and team management

- Bachelor degree holder is a must

- Working languages of Chinese & English or Chinese & Japanese
