Sales Director

  • Degree holder with at least 10 years relevant experience in FMCG
industry of which 5 years experience in a senior strategic sales
position
  • Experience in handling Pharmaceutical and medical product is an
advantage
  • Experience in Management of wholesalers and modern trade will be
essential
  • Successful track records of selling to major distributors and key
accounts
  • Solid experience in overseas Sales & Distribution business is a must
  • Execellent business building, leadership, presentation, negotiation
and communication skills
  • Good analytical mind with a high degree of self-motivation and
integrity
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including
Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Frequently travel to different countries

Job Duties:
  • Plan, organize and monitor sales function in overseas and Hong Kong
markets
  • Manage all sales activities to achieve departmental and corporate
growth
  • Monitor the sales operation of sole agents and distributor in various
countries
  • Develop and implement sales strategies plans to accommodate the
territory goals
  • Expand new business opportunities
  • Communicate with each sole agent and distributor to gather feedback
for strategic and spontaneous tactics development
  • Execute new product launch plan and work closely with marketing team
to generate concepts for campaigns and sales activities
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by top management
