Sales Director

Reporting to the Chairman, the incumbent will be responsible for:
• Identify, develop and implement the sales and operation strategies for the new business line that align with the Company objectives
• Analyze the market trends, develop strategic sales plan for store opening and market exposure including but not limit to lease negotiation, store renovation, brand promotion and store performance management
• M anage the P&L including cost management, sales budget and business forecast
• Establish an energetic and excellent sales team to cope with the fast-pacing market and optimize the sales and service performance to achieve the business goals
• Identify and develop the SOP and sales materials to ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Work closely with the merchandising team to regularly review the market trends and product-mix in order to meet with customers’ need and expectation
• Degree holder in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ solid experience in retail business of skin care and cosmetics industry, with sound capability and good track record is a must
• Strong product knowledge and market sense
• Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking with strong numerical sense
• Aggressive , result-oriented and energetic with excellent people management and leadership skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
