Sales Executive, Asian Legal Business

About the role

  • Sales hunter role
  • Drive new business to hit sales targets by selling event sponsorship and print and digital advertising
  • Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Identify prospects and communicate effectively on our value propositions
  • Ability to address a client’s pain points and turn it effectively into a customized solution for the client
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Responsible for accounts closed, maintaining and growing these customer relationships and keeping high visibility with key accounts.
  • Collaborate and work closely with internal publishing and event teams to deliver a strong customer experience
  • Strong pipeline management, good sense of business acumen and a good understanding of the advertising and sponsorship cycles
  • Provide timely and accurate sales report, and communicate clearly on pipeline progress, account risk and forecast
  • Monitor the advertising and sponsorship of competitive publications or sites


About You

You will be a good fit if you have:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a relevant industry, experience in B2B magazine publishing or in an event sponsorship sales environment preferred
  • Proactiveness, self-discipline, independence
  • Excellent Chinese (including Mandarin) and English required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation and consultative sales skills
