Sales Executive Assistant (Customer Service)

  • 5-day week

Responsibilities :

  • Provide clerical support to maintain the smooth operation for the Sales team
  • Be responsible for preparation of sales related documentation
  • Work closely with main office for the document transaction and any kind of office supply
  • Handle day to day office administrative duties such as office equipment
  • Basic knowledge for setup PC Hardware or Software Installation is an advantage
  • Ensure tidiness of the general office environment
  • Must attend the weekend company event (On Shift duty)
  • Follow up customers payment
  • Perform any ad-hoc projects


  • Must be have related experience and checking document carefully
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, initiative and good communication skill
  • Good command in both written and spoken English Mandarin and Chinese
  • Well organized with detailed minded, able to work under pressure and multi-task
