Sales Executive (B2B Customer Retention / Maintenance)

  • Provide administrative support to sales team
  • Handle sales documents,such as sales reports, proposals, contracts etc.
  • Assist in communicating with customers' enquiries
  • Approach new customers on project basis and maintain existing customers through outbound telephone calls
  • Maintain the customers in middle class and improve customer loyalty
  • Customer survey through outbound telephone calls
  • Conduct site visit occasionally with customers
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in logistic industry is preferred
  • Excellent customer services and communication skills
  • Good time management skills and well organized, proactive and positive learning attitude
  • Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing

We offer attractive remuneration and fringe benefits to the right candidates, including but not limited to :

  • Monthly total take ( basic salary & Commission) : Reaching at ~HK$30K with extra allowance
  • Graduate commission : 9 Months
  • Extra team award and annual top sales award
